What is Optimal Health?

Optimal health is the result of harmony (balance) in every area of your life and body. You have the ultimate responsibility for your health and well being. Only you can choose life or death.

Optimal health is more than being free of disease. It can and should include all of the following:-

  • Energy for all activities including fun!
  • Good appetite, digestion and bowel elimination every day.
  • Healthy eyes (the whites are white and the eyes sparkle).
  • Healthy skin (hydrated, free of blemishes, good coloring).
  • Healthy hair (thick, shiny and does not fall out when brushing).
  • Flexible body: free to move in many directions without strain.
  • Stable emotions and ability to handle conflicts easily without
    excessive reactions.
  • Good memory, mental clarity and ability to make decisions.
  • Freedom from fear, anxiety and worry.
  • Freedom from pride, anger and self-promotion (5 minutes of anger hinders immune function for 24 hours.)
  • Ability to enjoy many diverse activities.
  • Ability to rest, sleep and relax on a daily basis.
  • Good communication skills to communicate with others and to be heard.
  • Spontaneous humor and laughter (1 minute of laughter improves immune function for 24 hours!!)
  • Ability and willingness to forgive self and others.
  • Ability to love self and others.
  • Free from Dis-ease!
